Hello
When i started flight this morning, everything was just normal, and after several min aft t/o, my moving map closed, and when I reclick on the buttton, it shows COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE SIMULATOR.

Can you solve that? thanks a LLOOTT!

btw, it happens not only on that morning flight, it occurs almost everytime i fly.

Hello,

It seems that Simlink is being blocked from accessing the Navigraph server. Could you please check if any antivirus software or Windows Defender is blocking the Simlink application from accessing the internet?

Also, please verify your internet configuration to ensure that it allows access to the Navigraph server.

If you have an alternative internet network, such as a mobile network, please check with that as well to confirm whether your current internet configuration is the issue.

Please let us know if you continue to experience the problem.

Hi, thanks for reaching me out. My network is ok, it can visit youtube or google, or other services. And I am using proxy, I use 2 proxies at the same time, one is VPN, one is just for gaming. When I turn off gaming proxy, it’s working but when i turn it back on, it would offline shortly. I need that gaming proxy in order to connect to VATSIM. Is there anything else I can do? My windows definder is shuted down and there seemed nothing to block it.

thanks

Hi,

I recommend not using proxy settings. However, if you do need to set up a proxy for the Simlink application, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign out of the Simlink application.
  2. On the login screen, you will find the settings button in the top right corner.
  3. Go to settings and configure the proxy settings for the Simlink application, then log in again.
  4. You’re all set!

For optimal performance, it’s best to avoid using proxy or VPN settings. If you encounter any issues with Navigraph products, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Is that correct?

Sorry but it’s not working

The possible issues:

  • MSFS2020 Sim Disconnected: The first line in the log says “MSFS2020 Sim is disconnected”. This could be due to a number of reasons, such as a problem with MSFS2020 itself, or an issue with your internet connection.
  • Navigraph Simlink Error: The error message “REST ERROR(post): HTTP_CODE:401” suggests that there may be a problem with Navigraph Simlink’s authentication. This could be due to an incorrect username or password, or an expired access token.

The possible solutions:

  • Restart MSFS2020 and Navigraph Simlink: This is often the simplest solution to many software problems.
  • Check your internet connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
  • Verify your Navigraph Simlink credentials: Make sure that you are using the correct username and password for your Navigraph account.
  • Check for Simlink updates: Make sure that you are using the latest version of Navigraph Simlink. Outdated software can sometimes cause compatibility issues.
