Hi guys, Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink here this poped out when i want to use moving map. Everything was just fine before i disconnect GPU, i was showing on the map and it was fine. But when i push back, it happens to me. It poped several times. Please help me with that thank you.

Sorry the issue had just been corrected, i reinstalled it and it works very well. Sorry for taking your time and have a nice day! :slight_smile:

Hi,

Thank you for sending the log files. Based on the log file, it seems that Simlink is connected with MSFS.
Please check below points,

  1. Please check you are sign-in in Simlink application with your Navigraph user.
  2. Simlink application is logged in with your Navigraph user that is used in the Navigraph Charts application.
  3. Please ensure that the Simlink application is allowed to access the network and disable any proxy or VPN settings.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.
