Simlink unable to connect server

Hi,
Moving Map worked absolutly without any error since i first time installed it.
Since a few days my moving map doesn’t work correctly anymore.
All of a sudden connection is lost…simlink says: unable to reach Navigraph server.
And here and there it works again for short …but absolutly unstable.

Hi Relf Mauch,

Thank you for giving us the log file details. From the log details, it looks like there are some security applications or configuration blocking the Simlink application to access the Navigraph server.

Please check the below points,

  1. Make sure that, the Navigraph application is not blocked by antivirus or other security software.
  2. If you are using VPN or proxy then please disable it and recheck it with the Navigraph product.
  3. Make sure that your system time is auto sync with the internet.
  4. I suggest using Google Chrome as a default web browser.

Problem solved !
I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of Navigraph Charts and Simlink.
This did the trick… fingers crossed :wink:
