I’m having the same issue. I’ve 2 laptops with navigraph charts on it. It’s all working fine on the one with MSFS2020 installed on it. Unfortunately, it’s not working on my older laptop, the one I really use for all my navigation. I mentioned it in a different topic and I received the suggestion to uninstall simlink but that didn’t change anything. Still can’t see any traffic or ATC on this laptop and, since the latest update the moving map track up and follow ownship options don’t function. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it as well.
For information, Simlink sends the coordinates of your flight sim aircraft to Navigraph servers, so when you load Charts, the servers know to place your moving map icon on your chart.
So you can only have Simlink installed and running on your flight sim machine.
The display of traffic is quite separate, and doesn’t use or need Simlink. The data comes from the traffic source currently Vatsim or IVAO.
Maybe your non MSFS PC has a problem connecting to our servers. Try connecting that PC to the internet via a mobile hotspot.
I think that my non MSFS PC has no problems with your server, because it runs perfect in via Firefox. I can see all Traffic and ATC.
I use this non MSFS PC already for years, several times a week, using the Charts App.
After the update with the new utility I can see and follow my own aircraft. But no Traffic and ATC.
The same happens when i use EDGE as browser. No Traffic and no ATC.
Firefox is doing the job perfect.
