I am facing the same issues and confirmed different information on Navigraph Charts standalone app (PC) and Browser. The new features in the latest update with different aircraft types having their own sizes and symbols - also doesn’t work on my Navigraph Charts app (PC). Cloud version via Browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Avast Safe Browser) is working fine with more information. PLEASE ISSUE PATCHES TO THESE ISSUES - SIMMING IS NOTHING WITHOUT NAVIGRAPH!
Welcome.
You mention you have the same issues.
Please confirm you have two PC’s with one running MSFS and Simlink, and the other not running neither MSFS nor Simlink.
The second issue of aircraft symbols and sizes, seems like an issue in the Online Networks Beta testing. If so, please check it isn’t already covered at Online Networks Beta Testing - Navigraph, and if not, post there.
Cheers

Thanks for reaching out @Ian. I only have one PC running MSFS and Simlink, incl. Navigraph altogether. Actually alternating between the NC cloud via browser and NC standalone app and either have different information on Traffic! Hope that clarifies.
I have created a new Topic for your posts.
Thank you for participating in the Online Networks Beta. Please advise the Traffic information which are different between Charts Cloud and Charts Desktop. Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots .
Cheers

Hello again Ian, I have attached the snips and make markups on the differences. I have the same home network but strangely the browser version is updated well. Moreover, traffic at terminals often appear and disappear for the desktop version too. I hope this could be addressed sooner. Thank you again and please share some tips moving forward.
Hello
I am seeing the exact same problem. It seems to happen mainly with large airliners (777, 330, 380). If you exit and restart desktop Charts, the plane will reappear for a few seconds and disappear again !
Hope this helps !
To complement my previous message, I am running desktop charts on a separate PC without MSFS nor Simlink. The cloud version of Charts works perfectly and shows all airplanes on the same PC in parallel!
The disappearing widebody traffic is already discussed at length in Some online Traffic missing
Thanks for following the discussions, has there been any solutions somewhere?
Not yet, NG investigating.
