Moving maps don't start

Hi,
I fly with MSFS 2020. Since a few weeks in Navigraph I do no longer have moving maps. When I press the icon I get the following message: “Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink here”.
Simlink is running . When I reinstall simlink, moving maps work, but on the next login to Navigraph tge same problems occurs.
I don not understand why. Can you help me?

Using Guide to posting Screenshots , please post screenshot of Navigraph Simlink Status when you get this message with MSFS running:

Hi Koos,

Thank you for sending us a screen shot, as per the image Simlink successfully received the data from the MSFS.

Can you please make sure your login user same as Simlink in Navigraph Charts?

Good day,
The problem still exists. Every time I run MSFS simlink does not connect. I then uninstall simlink and reinstall it. Then it works.
Please can you help me?

Hi @Koosvans ,

With MSFS, make sure Navigraph Simlink is running.

For moving map functionality, Navigraph Simlink must run on the same system where Flight Simulator is running.
