Simlink does not Connect

Hello,

I have done all the steps according to your website site and even though I cannot use it. Here is the message:

Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink here.

When I verify it says that Simlink is already running, so I don’t know what to do.

Please, I need your help in this matter.

Best regards,

Reginaldo Galvao

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Reinstall the Simlink Plugins to your flight simulator. Before reinstalling the Simlink plugins, ensure that your flight simulator is not running. (You can skip this step if you are using MSFS)
  2. Start the Simlink application and begin your flight in the Flight Simulator. Then, check the Charts application for the moving map.
  3. Ensure that you are logged in with the same Navigraph user account that you are using in the Charts application.
  4. If the issue persists, please send us the Simlink logs located at %appdata%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Feel free to reach out to us if you encounter any issues.

Best Regards,
