Hi,
Thank you for providing the latest log files. Based on the details in the logs, it appears that Simlink is blocked from accessing the network.
Please check the following points:
- If you are using a VPN or proxy settings, please disable them and test again.
- Ensure that Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus software allows the Simlink application to access the network.
- Verify that your system’s operating system date, time, and time zone are set to auto-sync.
- Review your network or router settings to ensure Simlink is permitted to connect.
- If you continue to experience the same issue, please restart your network router.
- Done.
Please let us know if you still encounter any issues.
Thank you!

Hello,
Could you please provide us with more details about your setup? Here are some specific points to address:
- Are you running the Simlink application and FS2020 on different systems?
- Please note that the Simlink application must be run on the same system where FS2020 is running.
- Verify if the Simlink application is logged in with your Navigraph account.
- Ensure that you are logged in with the same Navigraph account on both the Navigraph Charts and the Simlink application.
We appreciate your attention to these points and look forward to your response.
Thank you!

Yes i run simlink on other pc fs2020 on desktop and simlink on a laptop all signed in on the right account it worked a long time good. But now last half year not also when i try simlink on desktop where fs2020 is installed same issue
Hi,
The Simlink application must be installed on the same system where your FS2020 is installed. In your case, Simlink should be installed on your desktop computer; there is no need to install it on your laptop.
As per Simlink functionality, it needs to be installed on the system where the flight simulator is installed.
After installing the Simlink application on your desktop, please Sign-In using your Navigraph credentials into the Simlink application. Once you start your flight in FS2020, you will be able to check the Moving Map functionality in the Navigraph Charts application.
Note: You can install Navigraph Charts on any compatible platform.
If you are still unable to use the Moving Map functionality, please let us know.
Thank you!
