Simlink updated and is now unusable. The app says no simulator found. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same problem persists and I have not been able to find a solution which is simple enough for me to understand. This is very frustrating

We apologize for the issue you are currently facing. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you have logged in to the Simlink application using your Navigraph user credentials.
- Reinstall the Simlink plugins to your installed simulator. If you are using MSFS, there is no need to install any plugins.
- If you are using an MSFS flight simulator, please make sure that the Simlink application is running.
Please let us know if the issue persists even after following these steps.
