To sign in with Simlink, please ensure your system’s default web browser is open for Navigraph user sign-in. There are a few things you should check before proceeding:
- Make sure that Simlink is allowed by your antivirus or other security software.
- Ensure that your system time is synced with the internet.
- If you still have the same issues, please clean up the Simlink configuration by following the steps provided.

Hello,
To enable Moving Map functionality, Simlink must be logged in with your Navigraph user account. Please click the SignIn button on the Simlink application, and it will open the default web browser to log in with your Navigraph User credentials.
If the web browser does not open, please check the following:
- Ensure that your system date and time are synced with the internet.
- Check if the correct web browser is set as the default browser.
If you encounter any issues with your Navigraph product, please do not hesitate to let us know.
