Hello, I use Google Chrome and just now when I go to create a new flight plan the browser goes crazy after I enter the airframe type. I get black boxes, the browser hangs and I cant get any further down the entry page
Hi, can you please try the following and let us know if any of them help?
- Browser extensions (such as Ad Blockers) can frequently mess up some web pages. Can you try to disable any browser extensions you have installed and see if the issue still occurs?
- Have you recently updated your graphics card drivers? Which graphics driver version are you currently running?
- Please try with another web browser (the default Microsoft Edge browser, or Firefox, for example), and check if the issue persists or not.
- In the Chrome settings, try to disable “Use graphics acceleration when available”. Or if that option is not enabled, try enabling it (see image attached). Make sure to restart your browser after you change this setting:

So I tried on both my gaming computer and home computer Google Chrome, same response
I tried on Microsoft IE and worked fine
My origin and destination was YBCG to YBBN.
When I changed to New Zealand and then UK airports it cleared, and I was able to go back and enter YBCG and YBBN again all good.
Weird
However, seems fine now
