Simbrief flight plan not appearing in A320neo MCDU

I have tried various aircraft but the plan does not show in the MCDU although it has in the past.
Please help, I have trawled through the forum but can’t understand the problem.

Please be more specific. Which A320neo, for which simulator? Is “INIT REQUEST” not available? Is it available gut does using it not work? Something else?

Thank you for the quick reply.
It was the A320neoV2
I checked on the MCDU display and found the “INIT REQUEST” which I hadn’t seen previously.
I am fairly new to Airbus tech.
All working now, thanks again.

Although A320 issue is now remedied I have the same problem with the Beechcraft G58.
How do I get the Simbrief Flight plan to load in that aircraft?
