Hi,
I’m new to Simbrief. I always used the build in flight planning system of FS2020 and now I’ve got FS2024 and I would like to use Simbrief.
How does this work? I downloaded SimBrief Dispatch for MSFS and put this in my community folder. I can login in FS2024. Generate and import a flight plan. But what’s the next step?
For example, I would like to fly with my A320N from Innsbruck to Dusseldorf. I can’t request Simbrief data from the screen on the left side of the cockpit and load this into the FMC.
Can Simbrief help me setup the FMC? I just want to takeoff and set autopilot on with correct data (heading etc).
On the FMC keybad, click “INIT”, then if you’ve generated and imported a simbrief flight plan, there should be an “INIT REQUEST” option on the screen. Click the key next to that, and it should put the entire flight plan into the FMC
Thank you! The problem is, I can use Simbrief in ETB and load a Flight Plan. But when I’m in the A320 Neo for example and I press request simbrief data on the tablet, it stays orange and no data is loaded. Is this normal?
I tried INIT REQUEST and FMC data stays empty.
EDIT: under options in the tablet I had to put my Simbrief ID (numbers) in Simbrief Pilot ID instead of my Alias… thanks!!
Do you know how I can make de HDG button make it follow the NAV? When I accidentally press the HDG button I can’t get it back to following NAV.
