My sim link is not let me sing in I don’t know what to do I tried to reinstall but still not working

Please review the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Ensure that your system’s date and time, including the timezone, are set to automatically sync with the internet.
- If you are using the Firefox web browser, try setting another browser such as Google Chrome or Edge as your default web browser.
- If you still prefer to use Firefox, please check this link.
- If the issue persists, try cleaning up the Simlink configuration and check again.

ive tried all of this and i still doesnt work
Me too. I’ve had to do this process many times over the past year but started acting up again this week and cannot fix. Deleted everything. Uninstalled, restarted and reinstalled. Added exceptions to firewall. No joy.

Completely forgot. When I’ve had this problem in the past, I had to change my default browser from Firefox to chrome, and then try signing in again. Not sure if I’m the only one, but if this is a common issue, it needs to be fixed.
