Navigraph Simlink sign in issue

I have also run into issue in my attached picture. I followed the link to the other gentleman you walked through same issue, but to no avail.

Might you have any additional suggestions please? It was literally working fine just a bit ago…

Hi,

It looks like there are some system settings changes.
Can you please follow the below troubleshoot point to fix the issue,

  1. Make sure system time auto-sync is enabled.
  2. Set google chrome as the default WebBrowser in system settings.
  3. If you are using VPN or Proxy settings then please disable VPN or Proxy.
