Sign in problem

Hi,

My moving map don’t work, get a message that simlink isn’t running. When I start the pc I’m having problem with signing in.

Pressing Sign In the browser open a sign in page and it looks like I’m signed in.


Starting the FS2020 the moving map don’t work due to that simlink isn’t running.
Back to the sig in “window” there’s wheel in the upper right corner. When I press it it looks like this.

I guess that this should be filed out with information? If yes what information would be there?

Hi,

Thank you for the response. I’m using MS Edge. By the way forgot to say that in the Sign in window there is a line stating “Please wait for …” but nothing happens

The simlkin icon is visible in the system tray.

Hi,

Please clean up the Simlink configuration by visiting Unable to sign into Simlink - #16 by vishalahir. After cleaning up, please reinstall the Simlink application.

Hi,

Thank you for the help! I did uninstalled simlink and then installed it and now it works!
I didn’t find any file . settings and then I gave up and did the reinstallation.

We are pleased to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you were unable to locate .settings files before reinstalling, it indicates that the previous installation of the Simlink application was not successful. However, after reinstalling the application, it should now be working properly.
