Hi again Marco,
thanks for sharing your output. It’s clear that in every situation, when you un-install our package, that the MSFS uses the stock navdata. There is no way, to delete or re-order the stock data - the data has internally the highest priority and you can’t move it somewhere else. It’s the same with 3rd party sceneries, in that moment, where you remove a 3rd party scenery, MSFS uses automatically the default-stock scenery
So, that it’s not suprising, that when you remove any 3rd party content, that the stock content will be used.
To your last question, if it’s possible that the data are corrupt:
Yes and no, normally there is a checksum which guarantee that the downloaded data are complete. When the checksum is different, then the download failed or the comparing checksum is wrong (what is very, very seldome, unlikely).
Also, it looks a very isolated issue on your system, because we don’t have receive any reports - not here, not on the MSFS forum or our ticket system. You wrote: “no longer appearing” that means for me, it was working before, correct?
Were there any chances between before and now? On the system, on the MSFS? Have you installed anything new? Antivirus, Firewall disabled?
Is there any chance to look on your system via remote connection, that I can do some checks?
Again, there must be something wrong on your system but at this stage I can’t really say what. What I can only say is, even it looks for you, it is not a navdata issue or a file issue on our side because when it would, you would see much, much, much more reports.
So, we must look what is wrong and therefore the request for a remote session.
Cheers
Richard
