STAR and SIDs not showing

HI Everybody,

I just bought MSFS2024 and updated everything, airacs, avionics and pretty much everything that the navigraph hub lets me, however no matter how hard I try, there is no way the SID, STARs or even waypoints are found by the plane, this wasn’t a problem on MSFS2020, is this something that is triggered by a missing step? or will this be fixed with an upcoming update?

Hello, yes, same issue here. Can’t insert any STAR and SID. They were display on the EFB / Garmins ect. but it seems that there is no content or a corrupt file behind them.

short update. it works at the beginning. but when chosing a STAR at airport EDNY it seems that it will mess up all data afterwards… I assume the data for EDNY is somehow not working

Hi,
It is a little bit difficult to say because little information is missing. As an example:

  • Do you have any 3rd party sceneries installed?
  • Does this happen in all-stock aircraft?
  • Which Navigraph Hub version do you use?

In general, there are currently limitations in 2024 because you can’t set the loading orders of the packages without renaming the package names. That’s the reason for such issues: a package “overwrites” our packages.

We have reported this to ASOBO/MS but without any feedback - here is our report on this topic:
