Hi! Starting AIRAC 2404 Santiago International (SCEL) is missing both SID and STAR for Runways 17L and 17R (35L 35R are ok).
I’m using LatinVFR scenery for the airport and check with Horizon 787 and FBW A320 and all cases is the same.
My guess maybe has something to do with the schedule shorten of RWY 17R/35L (18/36 during that preiod), but still this should nor affect the other rwy.

Exactly, that is the reason. Thr MSFS disable the terminal procedures, when he can’t assign it to an existing runway. Thats the internal logic in the MSFS. You still have all terminal procedures (also for the temp layout) in your AIRAC data but the MSFS will not use it to the “temporary” runway idents.
Here from LNM - you see all terminal procedures, which we offer directly in the MSFS data - but due the MSFS limitation, you can use it:
Sorry thats nothing what we have in our hand … We had reported this several times from day one on and you see a lot of reports here with the same reason. Sorry for that, here we can’ t offer any workaround even we would like.
