I was flying out of Santiago, Chile (SCEL) and i was to depart from runway 17R using the DONTI1J Sid, but the sid was not loading. I looked, and all deps from 17s at Santiago were not in the fms. I deleted the navigraph addons, and the default msfs data had the sid. Also, i flew out of Santiago using the Sid in the last Airac cycle.
(I used simbrief for my flightplan, have an active navigraph subscription and reinstalled the navigraph addons.)

According the AIP and the charts you see that 17R is currently runway 18 and therefore there are no procedures for 17R. The runway itself is of course still available therefore included but during the flight planning you should also look on notams and the charts:

Thank you for responding, but Im in the fmc right now, and their is no RWY18. Also, i clicked 17L because that is still an active runway and there are no SIDs showing up. I still have the navigraph addons downloaded.
I’m not know what addon you use, but when you use an addon which doesn’t use the in-game data, you will see this runway … Ie. PMDG, Maddog, Fenix, …
In all addons which use the in-game data you will not see the runway because they are coming from the stock scenery and here you hace no 18 … Its outdated.
Please read a few postings from my previous link.
Its not a navdata issue, its an MSFS scenery issue due the missing runway.

ty, i am in a horizon 787-9
… and this addon depends on the scenery. When the scenery doesn’t offer the runway, than you can’t select the terminal procedures even when they are existing (see sone postings in my link, from my first answer).
No navdata issue, its a scenery issue in MSFS. Please report it to ASOBO/MS.
