Problems Airacs 2313 V1 SID GUVOL 6B

Hello, I use the application to install Airacs in MSFS2020. However, in SCEL I do not see SID GUVOL 6B, to cite an example. Please help or if there is another way to install the Airacs 2313 rev1

Hi,
this is not a navdata issue it is MSFS issue because the scenery in MSFS is outdated:

Here, what the MSFS offers:

… and here the reality:

You see, there is no runway 17R but 16 … the logic in the MSFS is now, when a terminal procedure can´t be assigned to an existing runway in the MSFS, the MSFS disable the terminal procedures. That´s a “feature”, which we have reported from day one on and we can´t do anything because we may not change the runway-idents with the real-world ones.

When you find a 3rd party scenery, which reflects the real-world means runways 16/35L an 17L/35R you will immediately see all correct terminal procedures because you still have all terminal procedures (incl. GUVOL 6B) too …

Here from LNM where you see GUVOL6B but with runway 16:

… and MSFS hasn´t this runway and therefore you can´t select it in MSFS but the data are still included in our dataset.

Sorry, please report this to MS/ASOBO - we can´t do anything, we offer real-world data.

Cheers,
Richard

Dear, I just downloaded the API Chile letters from the DGAC and whether runway 17R exists. I think you are wrong.

Dear All. To complete my previous argument, I attach a link to the official site of the DGAC of Chile.

Hi,
when you fully read my posted chart you will see that this change is temporary but this change exist. Also, when you reference to the AIP you should look to the supp too, because here you will find following (starting with 30 of November 2023):

When you mean that´s wrong - please forward us more details why you mean that the AIP is wrong in this case. Our reference here is directly from the AIP (as you see). So, that´s our reference and here (at least according the AIP SUP S06/23) you see that 17R is changed to 16 … so the navdata are correct, the runways in the MSFS not and therefore you can´t select the GUVOL6B because it´s currently not valid for 17R.

Thank you very much,
Richard

That’s right, I understand and what solution does it give me given that I pay a monthly subscription and the logical thing is that these things do not happen regardless of the causes, they should be able to solve these problems (personal opinion). Greetings and Happy New Year 2024

Oka I’m understand.

In any case, I am not satisfied with the answer because you and I should look for a solution when these things happen and as customers, we pay the subscription every month.
