Not connect to Simlink

My friend have several months a problem with Simlink not connected with MSFS2020. We have tried all the options mentioned in this forum without results. Uninstall Simlink and removed de directories in program files and appdata. New download and install. But when he press the button to see yourself in charst stil the message "could not connect to simulator. When he opend simlink and press the button Received data the correct data is displayed. How can we solve this ???

To clarify, when you open the Simlink application, do you see the location data displayed in the Simlink Status Windows?

If you see the Simlink displaying accurate data from Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and encounter an error in the Navigraph Charts application while clicking the Moving Map button in the charts, please refer to the following points:

  1. Ensure that you’re logged in with the same user in both the Navigraph Charts application and Simlink.

  2. The Simlink application must be running on the same system as the MSFS flight simulator.
