No navdata (SIDs/STARs) for EHAM in the PMDG 777

Was trying to fly from EHAM to KBOS today with the PMDG 777.
During the setup I found out that no SIDs and no runways were available on the DEP/ARR page for Amsterdam.
STARs for KBOS were available however.

I retried with the PMDG 738, and there the SIDs for EHAM are available.
In the 777 is seems to be related to EHAM, as I tested in EDDF and there the SIDs are available.

All packages are up to date in the Navigraph Hub and I also deleted and reinstalled the 777 package again, with no effect.

For me the 777 is unusable from EHAM right now because no VNAV data is available for the flight if I can’t use the SID.

Any idea how this can be fixed?

Unfortunately no, I also can´t reproduce it - I see all SIDs and STARs/IAPs at EHAM

So, it looks that something is wrong on your system. Possible you should re-install the PMDG T7 + re-install the navdata for this addon. The procedures are available.

I have reinstalled the PMDG 777 but still have the same issue.

However I found out, that the DEP/ARR page for EHAM only stays blank if I request the route from Simbrief.
If I enter the route manually, the SIDs are all available as in your picture.

So I assume this is rather a PMDG bug, isn’t it?

Yes, it seems - possible that the SimBrief interface is buggy … The data are there … :slight_smile:

I would recommend to contact PMDG for this issue. Sorry, that we can’t really help but we are in contact, if they need any assistance from us.
