Please follow the steps from the FAQ.
FAQ - MSFS2024 (SU3 and above) - airport, procedure, waypoint, 3rd party & flightplan import issues
Please don´t move our packages manually or via the reorder tool. Since SU3, this is no longer needed (excluding very special cases). Your existing issue is nearly 100% likely to be a 3rd-party package issue.
Therefore, please follow the steps in the FAQ and report it back. You may be able to upload your content.xml file.
