No connection possible to Navigraph

Since 1400 zulu I have no longer been able to use Navigraph on the desktop, I either have to log in again, which also works, but then the error message “INOP something didn’t work out as expected” comes up.
When I press “Reload” I load as usual into Navigraph charts, but where else the map is, I have a black picture and I can’t call up any ground charts, SIDS and STARs chart work without problems.

Please disable any Antivirus and Firewall. Does this still occur?

Can you try connecting through a different ISP, by say connecting through a phone hot spot?
