Hello! Welcome back!
I have moved your post as it is 100% likely to be unrelated to the topic it was initially posted on. The INOP message means that an unknown error occurred, it could be caused by anything.
When do you get this message? Can you provide me with steps to reproduce it?
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hi Malte
First off thanks for the reply, appreciate it a lot.
Ok its really simple, all I do to replicate it is go to the charts desk top app icon on my desktop and try to start the desktop charts app. it was fine last week before a sim update.
I click the icon and nothing happens, two to three tries to open it and I finally get the screen that says - Inop An unexpected occurrence.
Everything else as far as I can tell is fine, I have installed the MSFS Simbrief integration that imports the flight plan that’s still works, but last week I could also open the desktop charts to brief before flight.
Cant think of what else has changed. it simply will not start. Never had an issue before.
Any help would be appreciated. I would uninstall it and reinstall it if I knew which one it was , your website has changed considerably and cant see anything for a charts app. I will keep looking of course.
Thanks
Jeff Fuller
No worries, I am here to help! Sorry for the delay, the team has been on holiday.
That sounds odd! First, try reinstalling the application. You can find the downloads on this link - Navigraph Charts downloads should be on the top of the page: navigraph.com/downloads
You can also try the online version at charts.navigraph.com - do you get the same INOP message there?
Kind Regards,
Malte
