Active internet connection

Good morning everyone. I’m receiving this unusual message and i’m not able to run navigraph charts. My internet connection is normally working. Any tips about it ?

I apologize if I ask again but the problem always remain if I turn off and on pc as well.

I’m having the same problem. Have been for two days. It doesn’t suggest anything and there are no settings buttons to access.

Ah, I see now. This is the OLD Navigraph Charts app. Please download Charts 8 from Navigraph
