When I am notified of updates and I ask for the update to be installed I get a message saying ‘INOP’ and saying that something has gone wrong. Please advise

Are you really referencing the Navigraph Hub, as indicated by your chosen category? The INOP screen is only a thing in the Navigraph Charts application.
Could you try completely uninstalling the app, and then downloading and installing the latest version from our website?

Many thanks. Yes, it did relate to charts. I’ve downloaded it all again as you suggested and all is now good
