Navigraph simlink always running

I keep getting a notification to update simlink but every time I download and run the update I get an error the program is already running. Now I’ve tried to delete the file and just start over but I just can’t, I don’t even know how to proceed. I deleted the plugin but that did nothing.

What actually happened

Please describe what happened in a way that enables us to find the problem
without follow-up questions. For instance, saying “the charts do not work”
or “login is broken” doesn’t help. To the extent that it is possible, please provide clear steps to reproduce the
problem. Screenshots and error messages are helpful and encouraged!

If you’re still having issues with the Simlink application not closing while the new update is installing, please check this.
Or If you still receive the old version installer, you can download the latest Simlink application from this link.

Hi, tried your suggestions but unfortunately nothing is working. Still waiting for user authentication. This is result of the latest update, haven’t had any issues before.

Hi,

Please send us Simlink logs which are located at %appdata%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.

Also please check you have to set the defualt browser in Windows Settings->default apps->web browser.
We prefer to use Google Chrome as default browser.

Hello again, sorry for the trouble but I want to let you know that finally is signed in. I logged in first with google which it was unsuccessful. Then I tried with Navigraph and suddenly is done. Thank you for your support.
