Unable to authenticate

When I click on “SIGN” for autenthicate, I receive the message "Please wait for user authenticate…
but nothing happens ?
I’m unable to connect simlink to X Plane 11
Could not connect to simulator, Simlink needs to be running. Read more about simlink

When I try to launch simlink again, it’s wroten : simlink is still running ???
WHAT CAN I DO ???
I’m completely lost for weeks…

Thank you for the issue details,
I see that you are using the Firefox web browser, and in the Firefox browser, default application settings are changed and due to that correct application was not opened on the web login.
To fix that please follow the below steps,

  1. Close the Simlink application.
  2. Open Firefox web browser and go to browser settings.
  3. in Settings → General → Applications, there is navigraph-traffic-desktop content-type listed.
  4. Set the navigraph-traffic-desktop value as Use Navigraph Simlink as default.
  5. Now, start the Simlink application and try to login again.
  6. Done :slight_smile:
