Thank you for the hot fix. I was getting that error message once I starting using the MSFS 2024 SU1 Beta and your zip file fixed the issue.
This zip file seems to fix the issue for me. The charts EFB app now loads in-game.

That would be a different issue. This topic concerns an error message that appears inside the app! Please create a new topic, and include more details. Have you manually moved the Community folder? Do you have any duplicates? Things like that - we currently can’t reproduce what you are reporting.

Ingame i get the INOP message after starting The EFB APP,
