Getting INOP An Unexpected Occurence

I’ve started getting the INOP message when accessing chart via the EFB in MSFS2024.

After hitting retry, I get a blank page.

Please follow these steps: Start the simulator and load up the panel Open http://localhost:19999 in a browser while the simulator is up and running In the list that appears, click the link containing the word Navigraph Charts In the interface that appears, select the “Console” tab located along the top of the screen Take a screenshot of the contents and post it here Let’s get to the bottom of this! Navigraph charts isn’t in the list.

Thanks Malte.
I’ve got it working again by removing and readding the Navigraph Hub plugins. So it seems one of the plugins may have been corrupted during installation?
So if anyone else experiences this issue, give it a try.

Navigraph charts isn’t in the list.

That’s my bad - you’re using the EFB and in that case you will find the logs under Electronic Flight Bag. My apologies!

I’m happy to hear that it now works! We did have an issue with the Charts EFB app previously which should have been fixed in the latest release. Let me know if the issue comes back and I’ll give you a few more steps.
