I’ve got it working again by removing and readding the Navigraph Hub plugins. So it seems one of the plugins may have been corrupted during installation?
So if anyone else experiences this issue, give it a try.
That’s my bad - you’re using the EFB and in that case you will find the logs under Electronic Flight Bag
. My apologies!
I’m happy to hear that it now works! We did have an issue with the Charts EFB app previously which should have been fixed in the latest release. Let me know if the issue comes back and I’ll give you a few more steps.
