There was an update or new install tonight, now when I click on Navigraph in the EFB it says INOP. I tried removing all the plugins and the EFB install and reinstall and it’s doing the same thing. See screen shot.
i’m also having this problem in MSFS 2024 with Navigraph EFB Charts App v1.0.0-beta.2. is there a log file somewhere we can upload to help you troubleshoot?

Did it just start yesterday for you too, after the Charts updated in the hub? It was working yesterday morning for me, until I installed that update. I’ve tried everything. I found a prior post on here with a link to some tool kit, but that didn’t work for me either, it was supposed to produce some kind of log.

Yes same here. I got the same message. Was working OK until about an hour ago (18:45 UTC). Can’t recall doing anything unusual but now it’s just a blank screen. Started a new flight since and same issue although I haven’t tried restarting the sim yet.
Restarting the sim didn’t help, from my experience.
Same here. Deleting the Navigraph EFB and reinstalling also didn’t help.
I am also seeing it now. I bought a subscription and I am really dissapointed
I am also having the same issue. Worked yesterday but today has not worked at all. Have deleted and reinstalled. No Joy.
1 vote from me, I am experiencing the same. Reload did not work. Worked earlier today, then I verified game file integrity for sim using steam, 2 files were updated on sim, now I have this issue.
Not to pile on, but same here. It started yesterday for me.
Am having the same issue after the latest AIRAC update … though also updated Windows to latest version, which might be a coincidence? Regardless, very much hope Navigraph are able to fix.
Me too. Tried restart PC and same.
Navigraph, do we have a solution to this. Appears everyone experienced the issue at the same date/time. I think it was around the time one of the Packages updated.

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce this issue. In order to continue the investigation, I will need more details!
It is my understanding that this shows up immediately when opening the Charts app on the EFB?
If that is the case, please follow these instructions to find the logs:
- Open the simulator EFB and try to load Charts. Ensure INOP is visible.
- Open http://localhost:19999 in a browser
- At the bottom of the list that appears, click the link titled
Electronic Flight Bag
- In the interface that appears, select the “Console” tab located along the top of the screen
- Take a screenshot of the output - try to get as much as possible into view!

See screenshot. Im already in flight and had the inop error at the start. Nothing is showing in the Navigraph charts efb in game. Will send a new screenshot at the start of the next flight with the inop still there.
@NL1993 thanks for the screenshot! None of those errors are related to our products.
@Siberian10 That’s definitely coming from our Charts app, we shall investigate. Still hard to do a meaningful analysis so far.
Please confirm that you guys get this immediately on start of the app? And also, does the reload button work?
