Inop in the game

hi im new here and signed up to navigraph i cant open the tablet app if i do i get a inop messege appear in the efb i try to reload but the screen then is just blank ? anyone have any ideas it was working fine yesterday

Problem Details: try to open navigation in the efb but it says inop in the efb it’s happening even when not in the plane on the menus too I’m on flight simulator version 1.2.8.0

Good day,
I was signed for navigraph before 2 days and installed all the files. In the first day everything was working but yesterday i flew 2 times and in both of them i couldn’t opened the navigraph on efb, The program says INOP.
But when i tried on Drop-down menu from msfs24 the charts was working.
Can you help me?

Does this go in the community folder ?

Yes, in Community folder delete navigraph-efb-chartsapp folder and unzip the test version to the Community folder.

today is the first time i have seen this - tried unistalling all Navigraph and reinstalling - but cant get rid of it.

I notice their are two files for the Navi data

Hello everyone!

Regarding the INOP issue that was previously fixed with a custom ZIP file - the Hub has now been updated with the latest version! Please give it a go and let us know if you have any further issues.

ok - i think i am caught between solutions.

I assume I should now update as per the above image for both.

Yes, pressing update in the Hub should leave you with the latest available version!

That should work fine provided that the navigation data is in the correct order. The latest update to our (beta) AIRAC for MSFS2024 should help in this regard. If you are still having issues, please create a forum topic!
