Missing SIDS and STARs at SCIE and SCEL

The reason is not a navdata issue, it´s a stock scenery issue due missing runways or wrong runway-idents.

Hi Jonny, apology, you´re absolutely right - please excuse my not very qualified answer. After I have checked your report, I have seen that I have made a mistake, referencing to old/outdated topics. Sorry for that! for SCIE - compare the airport diagram in the stock scenery with the real-world. When they are not matched, the sim blocks the terminal procedures:
