The STARS at KORD is missing in the 2208 Download

due the lack of more details only a general answer. All STARs into KORD are included in AIRAC 2208.

I can confirm they work for me in the PMDG 737-600. You may want to explore where the new cycle is in your folders.
??? according your screenshot you have select a STAR (VEECK5) plus a transition (BONNT) for runway 10C … what should we do with this screenshot?
As @jsokoloff wrote, all STARs are included and selectable …
