Hey Ian - hoping you can help me.
I have the latest Navigraph beta installer (23) and I reinstalled the latest AIRAC cycle 2104 into MSFS. But when I try to add a STAR into any ILS rwy at KORD no stars exist anymore.
What am I doing wrong?

Welcome.
This is an MSFS limitation. Rwy 09C/27C is missing in the default MSFS KORD. When a STAR can’t be assigned to a runway because the runway is missing, MSFS disables all STARs.
