as per the above old report, the ILS plate is still missing for 33R/15L for KBWI. I have the latest version 8.34.0.
It will select the approach and display it in the flight path but you can not pull up the plate.
The plate is available in the embedded navigraph aircraft (C700- G5000) charts
Not really reproduceable sorry. I can open the ILS chart for 33R into KBWI without any problems.

I found the problem. My charts mode setting was in CAO vs STD. Cycling that setting makes it appear or disappear. Not sure why???

CAO are airline-optimized charts. Runway 15L/33R is only 5,000 feet long and probably rarely used by airlines, likely explaining why it’s not charted for Jeppesen’s CAO customers.
