Installing the Navi Graph In-Game Panel v8.4

On the Navigraph hub I click the install button for the In-Game panel install then after a while i get a downloader error message saying connect ETIMEDOUT 18.245.162.99

This sounds like a network issue on your side. Try restarting the computer!

If the issue persists, please make sure that you do not have any antivirus or firewall that is blocking the Navigraph Hub application from reaching the internet.

If you are still stuck, please follow these steps:

  1. Press Win + R
  2. Type %appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs and press enter
  3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
  4. Upload this file to your next post

I restarted my computer still the same error message, check Firewall and Antivirus all looks ok

Do you have any alternative internet connection that you could try? Such as a mobile hotspot for example. The logs look normal for recent use, but I see that your computer has had a hard time finding our servers at one point previously.

Also, check if you have any non-standard DNS servers set up. This could be done either on your computer or your router. I can see that you don’t have a general network issue since I can see your detailed logs coming through, but the app does seem to have issues reaching one of our servers specifically.

This is usually caused by DNS issues.

I have 5g wireless internet with excellent speed would it be worth trying with a cat cable rather than wireless? And how can I check my DNS settings or how to connect to a mobile network. My internet is a three network

Yes, as mentioned I don’t think this is a speed issue - it fails to connect to Amazons servers for some reason along the way. It can’t hurt to try with a cable too of course!


  1. Press ⊞ Win + R
  2. Type cmd.exe /K nslookup packages.fmsdata.api.navigraph.com
  3. Press enter

This depends on your phone, but pretty much any modern smartphone has a hotspot feature!

You can just Google “ personal hotspot” - that should bring you relevant results!

Did you have any success with the phone hotspot?

I think it would be better to send the zip file, everything else with Navigraph, MSFS etc . is working fine.
