In the recent weeks Navigraph to an increasing extent requested me to log into both Simlink and Hub. Previously this was a one off and then it worked.
This week however the in-game charts stopped working completely. The plugin just keep saying “loading Navigraph charts…” Stil able to log into the charts app outside the simulator.
-Uninstalled, the Hub, Simlink and the in-game plugin and reinstalled again.
-Hub login issues persist, when the erorr message is not received I am continuously requested to login.
-Firewall has marked Simlink as safe a per screenshot
-On Windows 11
-Running MSFS
-Restarted MSFS after fresh reinstall, navigraph charts still not loading in-game
Kindly requesting support with the issue.
Hello! Welcome to our forum!
This sounds like a less-than-ideal and unintended situation.

General questions
- Have you tried completely turning off the antivirus?
- Do you have a router-level firewall? Some routers can have quite aggressive default firewall rules.
- Are you using any VPN?
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hi Malte, thanks for the quick response.
Answering your queries:
-switched off both antivirus and firewall completely. Same message in game. “loading navigraph charts”
-Not using a router-level firewall or DNS
-VPN used occasionally (we’re in the Middle East) but never in conjunction with anything MSFS related
As requested please also find the attachments.

Interesting! It looks like this issue could be DNS-related.
Do you have a custom DNS server configured? Could you try switching to Google’s and then restarting your PC?
EDIT: I read through the topic again and see that you are not using a custom DNS. Please try using Google DNS either way! We see an increase in network-related issues from users in the Middle East, so a DNS change and/or a VPN could be the way to fix it!
Kind Regards,
Malte
Hi Malte,
The Google DNS fixed the issue.
Thanks very much!

That is great news! Thanks for the update.
It sounds like your ISP may be having nameserver issues! I’m happy to hear that this workaround worked out for you. Since the original cause of this issue is way beyond our control, there is nothing for us to fix in this case - I will close this topic!
Kind Regards,
Malte
