Installation Problems on Win XP

Whenever I run the installer for ANY of the products, I get an error message that the “installer integrity check” has failed.
Here is a screenshot http://simplechanges.us/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Screenshot-2021-03-02-203847.png

Does anyone know of a solution for this. I have never had a problem with an installer on this machine.

Hi Doug,
the certificate which we must use to sign our programs, doesn’t support XP any longer, you can’t install any products on this old, outdated and still unsupported OS. This is a security reason, sorry.

Richard

Not sure why you think I’m on XP, nor why you are snarky about it. I am Windows 10, version 20H2
and I am PAYING for Navigraph Ultimate.
Can I please have help in getting this to work. I would like to keep paying $$ for this service.

Ähm, sorry Doug I don´t understand you but read YOUR topic title … what do you mean than with “Installation Problems on with Win XP”?

I have just tried to download the manager from our webpage and I can start the setup without any issues. So please try to re-download it (possible clear your cache, use an other browser, disable your anti-virus software for this download - if someone exist, and/or disable your firewall - if someone exist).

I tried each of your suggestions and it still isnt working for me. Do you have any other ideas I can try?

Hi Doug,

Lets start afresh.

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall.

If you have backups of previous AIRACs you wish to keep, backup c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\backup

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph\FMS Data Manager.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager .

Please let us know how you get on.

Cheers
Ian
