INOP messages even after logging back in

According to your log, you are having an issue similar to this:

INOP error on medium to small-sized portrait screen

Based on our logs, you are indeed running a screen size and/or scale that is problematic for the current version of charts. As mentioned, we already have a bug filed internally to investigate this! In the meantime, you can zoom out the interface a bit ( Ctrl + - ). That should fix the issue temporarily - the key is to give the map a bit more space to breathe.
