Hello,
Happy new year to all of you. I Apologize if I put this message in the wrong category.
For the past few days, I have been been getting INOP message from the navigraph charts app, saying I have to log in. I almost have to log in every day (Three to four times a day) quite randomly, even when my navigraphi still runs, it appears I get logged off. I am not sure why this has been happening a lot lately, but it’s quite annoying. Do you guys gave any fix for this apart from logging back in everytime this happens ?
I have the same problem, every time I want to open a STAR or APROACH I get this message, having to press reload, sometimes it respects the flight plan and other times it deletes it.
Those logs do not seem to show any signs of repeated INOP errors. I have added extended logging to your account now, please let me know if/when you see the issue again and I will investigate further!
Indeed I am using a 25-inch monitor but in a vertical position, and sometimes I zoom in to get closer.
When I open Navigraph on the 43-inch I have no problem.
However, I have noticed that for two days the 25-inch monitor has been giving more and more errors, having to restart Navigraph in the middle of the flight so that it can load the flight plan and the approaches.
I will continue to observe, but this did not happen before, it was a few months ago when it started.
That is a possibility, yes. This is an edge case that relates to an update of the map that happened a couple of months ago. We do have it on our radar, and we’ll get to this issue in due time!
Just to confirm: could you try zooming out in the app? Just press Ctrl + - and the interface should get smaller. Do you get as many warnings then?
