Navigraph Charts crashing

INOP An unexpected occurrence.

I’ve been getting this error message randomly for the last few weeks. Happens every flight.

Have reinstalled NC but no improvement.

Have also updated simlink

Any suggestions?

You are very likely experiencing this issue:

INOP error on medium to small-sized portrait screen

Based on our logs, you are indeed running a screen size and/or scale that is problematic for the current version of charts. As mentioned, we already have a bug filed internally to investigate this! In the meantime, you can zoom out the interface a bit ( Ctrl + - ). That should fix the issue temporarily - the key is to give the map a bit more space to breathe. Feel free to upload your log file either way, by following these instructions:

1. Press Win + R
2. Type %appdata%/Navigraph Charts/logs and press enter
3. In the Explorer window that opens, locate the main.log file
4. Upload this file to your next post
