It might be something with your FS2024 install that does not behave in the way Hub is expecting it to. I have added some extended logging for your account. If you close the Hub from the system tray and then open it again we would get some logs to be able to investigate the cause further.

Yes, but you will have to close Hub from the system tray and restart it for the logging to be visible on our side. Otherwise we cannot investigate the cause.
