Navigraph navdata installer

Hi
could you please inform me about the reason why if I attempt to install Navigraph Navdata for MSFS 2020 it remains in the state as you can see in attached picture ?
In MSFS contents Navigraph does not appear.
MSFS is not running and tried sometimes but without results; after hours is always in this state.
Thanks for suggestions.

Please try it again … we had a database issue. Should be fixed …
