Thank you for the details. Navigraph Hub should never be run with admin privileges, so start by not doing that!
Please let me know what package you are trying to install. AIRAC for MSFS 2020? MSFS 2024? Avionics addons? PMDG addons? Does the issue affect all packages?

Ensure you are not running as admin, and then sign out of Navigraph Hub - instructions can be found here. Then, sign in again and try installing the packages. I would not expect anything to change, but we should get more logs on what is happening for you!
If you do see the same issue again, please also follow these steps:
- Press Win + R
- Type
%appdata%/navigraph-hub/logs
and press enter - In the Explorer window that opens, locate the
main.log
file - Upload this file to your next post

All we can see from our side is that you are having network issues. The downloads are being aborted by your network somehow, either by your firewall, ISP or some other network-related phenomenon.
Unfortunately, that is all we can see from our logs. There is not much we can do to help you other than recommending that you try disabling your antivirus/firewall, etc., to eliminate potential issues one by one!

Please try connecting your Flight Sim PC to the internet using a hotspot on your mobile phone. This should bypass any router etc settings.
