Ah! That could very well be the reason. Kaspersky has proven to cause problems in the past. Here is another ongoing case:

Kaspersky does not sound like something I’d like to have installed on my computer (see allegations here), but either way, there is a possibility that they installed a self-signed certificate or something of similar nature on your computer. • Your anti-virus/network security software has installed a self-signed certificate to encrypt insecure connections

Please uninstall or disable it completely, then try again! I am quite sure that this is where the issue lies!
