I have been having issues with the FMS Data Manager since September 2023. States “No active internet connection”. Now I can’t link my charts with Avitab. Can someone please help me? I am paying good money for this service and not receiving it. If I had no active internet connection, explain how I am managing to send this message? Extremely frustrated and displeased. Help would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I have deleted and reinstalled everything as suggested once before and it doesn’t fix anything. Other methods would be appreciated.

First, please ensure you are running the latest Avitab V 0.7.1
Please provide screenshot of the error message using Guide to posting Screenshots
Try resetting your router and restarting your computer.
You might try connecting via a mobile hotspot.
