when I try to install FSM Data Manager, appear immediatelly a red screen telling : unknown administrator has the App blocked.

as the message told you: Something is blocking the installation on your system. Possible you haven´t enough rights, defender is activated, firewall or similar else. It depends on your system/network …
Try to disable Windows defender, Antivirus and/or your firewall that your OS will not block the installation.

First of all, appreciate your quick reply. I’m fighting with this problem since two weeks. All those idea’s you recommend has been done several times without success… I’m able to install all other Navigraph applications without any problems. I have installed the necessary FSM data manually and been so far happy. To use the Data Manager would be just convenient.
